The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing written, in-depth credit analysis for commercial loans. The individual chosen will be responsible for inspiring and engaging staff with exceptional leadership skills. ### The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $175K plus generous incentives and a benefits package.  (This is not a remote position.) ### ### SVP Operations responsibilities include: - ### Collaborating with the President and CEO and Executive Leadership to establish and accomplish annual goals and objectives as well as strategic plans for the Bank. - ### Planning, developing, and supervising the day-to-day operational functions of the Bank. Overseeing Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, and Information Technology for the bank. - ### Recruiting, motivating, and leading a high-performance management team in achieving/exceeding the budgetary goals of the bank. - ### Guiding the team to manage policies, call center, and digital presence in compliance with regulations and engaging employees to provide top-notch customer service leading to a unique and meaningful customer experience. - ### Overseeing research, analysis, trends, and program evaluation of operations in support of strategic planning and day-to-day problem-solving. - ### Controlling expenses. - ### Maintaining high customer service standards. - ### Resolving customer service issues. - ### Ensuring that staff follows the Bank’s established policies and procedures. - ### Achieving satisfactory audit ratings. - ### Identifying and mitigating operational risk. - ### Performing other duties as assigned. - ### Attending and participating in community events. - ### Expanding existing and formalizing new partnerships. ### Who Are You? ### You’re someone who wants to influence your own development.
