Treetop ABA is expanding our presence in Albuquerque, and we’re seeking a passionate Full Time **BCBA** to support children and families where progress happens every day—at home and in the community.

This **hybrid role** blends meaningful in-center client work with in- home client work along with remote flexibility.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
-   Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
-   Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
-   Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization
-   Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration

## Requirements

**What You’ll Bring**

-   Active **BCBA certification** (required)
