### **What You'll Be Doing**

-   Conduct **Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)** and create individualized treatment plans
-   Deliver **play-based ABA therapy** in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
-   **Train, mentor, and supervise** RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
-   Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
-   Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
-   Participate in **team meetings**, case reviews, and professional development

## Requirements

### **What you'll need**

-   **Active BCBA Certification** (required)
-   **North Carolina LBA** (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
-   Experience working with **children with autism** or developmental disabilities preferred
-   Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
-   A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
