### **What You'll Do**

-   Conduct **Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)** and design individualized treatment plans
-   Deliver ABA therapy and monitor progress both **in-person and remotely**
-   **Supervise and mentor** RBTs and Behavior Technicians
-   Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to align goals
-   Collect and analyze data to guide treatment effectiveness
-   Participate in **team meetings** and continuing education opportunities

-   **North Carolina LBA** (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
