At The Treetop ABA, we provide personalized, evidence-based ABA therapy that changes lives. You’ll partner with families to deliver meaningful, individualized treatment through a balanced **hybrid schedule**—a minimum of 3 days in-person , plus up to 2 days remote per week.

### Your Role

-   **Design & Implement ABA Programs:** Create individualized treatment plans that drive meaningful progress
-   **Conduct Assessments & Track Progress:** Use data to guide clinical decisions
-   **Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians:** Provide supportive coaching and clinical leadership
-   **Collaborate with Families:** Partner with caregivers to set goals and celebrate successes
-   **Balanced Hybrid Caseload:** Enjoy flexibility with a mix of in-clinic and remote work
-   **Stay Current:** Engage in ongoing training and evidence-based best practices

## Requirements

### **Your Qualifications**

-   **Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification** – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
-   **Strong Communication & Coaching Skills** – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
-   **Passion for Compassionate Care** – A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services.
-   **Adaptable & Driven** – Comfortable thriving in both clinic and remote environments, adjusting to evolving needs.
