### **Role Overview**

As an In-Center Hybrid BCBA serving the **Provo clinic**, you will:

-   Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
-   Deliver high-quality ABA in-center (primary) with supplemental remote work
-   Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians
-   Collaborate with families, center teams, and multidisciplinary partners
-   Collect and analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
-   Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development

**Schedule Structure:**  
✔ **3 days in-center** (Provo clinic)  
✔ **2 days remote** (Telehealth, planning, supervision, documentation, family support)

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   BCBA certification (required)
-   Utah LBA certification (required)
-   Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
-   Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
-   Spanish fluency is a plus!
