Treetop ABA is expanding our **In-Home Services** in Santa Fe, and we’re seeking a passionate Full Time **BCBA** to support children and families where progress happens every day—at home and in the community.

This **hybrid role** blends meaningful in-person client work with remote flexibility. You’ll spend part of your week delivering and overseeing in-home ABA services, while the remaining time is dedicated to clinical planning, documentation, and collaboration from home.

-   Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
-   Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
-   Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
-   Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization
-   Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration

## Requirements
