Advanced Dental Care in Provo is looking for a motivated, hard-working, and committed part-time General Dentist to join our team two days a week. ## Requirements

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

●       A motivated, hard-working, and committed General Dentist

●       DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program, with an active or eligible Utah dental license

●       Strong clinical skills across comprehensive general and restorative dentistry

●       A team-first mindset and genuine care for patients and colleagues alike

●       Reliable availability every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

## Benefits

**COMPENSATION**

Compensation is structured as a negotiated daily guarantee, with the opportunity to grow into a fully collections-based model:

**First 6 months**

●       The greater of (i) a negotiated daily guarantee per full workday, or (ii) 30% of net monthly collections

**After the initial 6-month period**

●       30% of monthly collections up to $50,000

●       35% of monthly collections in excess of $50,000
