Responsibilities:

\- Conduct social compliance audits for suppliers (tier 1 and lower).

\- Map, monitor, and manage supplier compliance and corrective action plans.

\- Prepare accurate audit reports and corrective action plans.

\- Communicate professionally with suppliers and partners.

\- Address factory violations and contribute to ethical standards.

## Requirements

Requirements:

\- Must be based in Malaysia.

\- Degree with 3+ years of compliance experience (furniture, garments, textiles, or similar industries).

\- Knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and migrant labor rights.

\- Familiarity with regional social and environmental issues.

\- Willing to travel (30%) with strong ethics and integrity.
