As a Master's Level Clinician, you will play a vital role in helping children, adults and families build resilience and achieve meaningful progress. Clinicians receive training in evidence-based practices, collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, and benefit from both individual and team supervision. This position is ideal for early-career therapists seeking meaningful clinical experience and supervision toward professional licensure, while also offering opportunities for experienced clinicians to deepen their expertise in trauma-informed care.

**Primary Responsibilities**

-   Establish and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with children, adults and families
-   Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
-   Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
-   Provide individual, family, and group therapy services as assigned
-   Collaborate with treatment teams, families, schools, and community partners
-   Track client progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate
-   Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements

## Requirements

**Required:**

-   Master’s degree in a recognized clinical discipline required
-   Completion of a clinical practicum required for some roles
-   Must be at least 21 years of age
-   Valid PA driver’s license and auto insurance

**Preferred:**

-   Pennsylvania licensure or license eligibility (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
-   LSW or NCC credential
-   Experience providing assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families
-   Knowledge of trauma-informed treatment approaches
