A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented individual to join the People team as a Talent & HR Administrator. This role is critical within the business to ensure that our clients' team members feel supported, engaged and connected.  
You will be working across various functions of human resources, with a key focus on payroll, recruitment, team files, and compliance.

Employee of Record (EOR) Operations

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for EOR-related inquiries from local team members and international clients.
-   Manage employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and offboarding processes in compliance with DOLE regulations.
-   Monitor employment compliance across statutory benefits, leave entitlements, and separation requirements under the Labour Code of the Philippines.
-   Maintain and update the team member files and HR information system (HRIS).
-   Support audits and HR due diligence requests related to EOR engagements.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

-   Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, should the client request: job posting, CV screening, scheduling, interview coordination, and offer facilitation.
-   Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
-   Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competency profiles, and target timelines.
-   Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with all candidates.
-   Conduct pre-employment background checks and reference verifications.
-   Support team members in branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Payroll Administration

-   Assist in the preparation and processing of semi-monthly or monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of timekeeping data, deductions, and adjustments.
-   Compute and remit statutory contributions: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG (HDMF), and withholding tax (BIR Form 1601-C).
-   Process final pay computations, including back pay, 13th-month pay, and separation pay where applicable.
-   Liaise with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, BIR, HDMF) for filings, loan applications, and compliance updates.
-   Generate payroll reports and assist in year-end tax filings (BIR Form 2316, Alphalist).
-   Respond to team members' payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

General HR Administration

-   Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and team member handbook updates.
-   Assist in teaam member relations matters, including documentation of HR concerns and escalation when necessary.

## Requirements

-   1–2 years of hands-on HR experience with exposure to EOR operations, recruitment, and/or payroll processing.
-   A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is desired but not compulsory.
-   Working knowledge of the Philippine Labour Code, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefit requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
-   Familiarity with at least one HRIS/payroll system (e.g.,  Sprout HR or equivalent).
-   Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel in particular) and Google Workspace.
-   Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-   Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
