🚨 **We’re Hiring | Property Manager – Operations Agent**

We are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and detail-oriented **Property Manager – Operations Agent** to take full ownership of assigned units and ensure they are always clean, ready, well-maintained, and prepared for our guests.

🎯 About the Role

As a **Property Manager – Operations Agent**, you will be the on-ground owner of assigned units, overseeing cleaning, turnovers, inventory, laundry, access, and operational issues while working closely with Property Management, Guest Relations, Maintenance, and external vendors.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

-   Take full ownership of assigned units, ensuring their **condition, cleanliness, inventory, and readiness** are always up to standard.
-   Coordinate and supervise **cleaning activities**, ensuring quality standards and timely turnovers are met.
-   Coordinate unit readiness based on **check-outs, arrivals, and Guest Relations updates**.
-   Inspect units after cleaning and ensure they are fully **guest-ready before confirming readiness**.
-   Monitor and maintain accurate **unit inventory**, including furniture, appliances, kitchenware, linen, and consumables.
-   Supervise and document **unit access** for cleaners, maintenance teams, deliveries, and external vendors.
-   Manage **laundry operations**, ensuring clean linen is available in the right quantity and on time.
-   Identify operational and maintenance issues, handle simple issues when possible, and **escalate major issues** to Maintenance.
-   Maintain accurate **documentation and daily operational updates**.
-   Identify risks early and escalate any issues that may affect **guest readiness or operations**.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in **Property Management, Hospitality, Operations, or a similar role**.
-   Strong **organizational and problem-solving skills**.
-   High attention to detail and strong sense of **ownership and accountability**.
-   Ability to supervise cleaning and on-ground operational activities.
-   Good communication and coordination skills.
-   Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
-   Hands-on and proactive approach to solving problems.
-   Good English communication skills.
