## Description

Install, assemble, and commission fitness equipment at client sites according to manufacturer and company standards.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fitness equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.

Respond to service requests and equipment breakdowns within the required timelines.

Repair or replace defective components and ensure proper equipment functionality after maintenance.

Conduct testing and inspection of equipment before handover to clients.

Minimize equipment downtime and ensure efficient service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and spare parts used.

Follow all company safety procedures and technical standards during installation and maintenance activities.

Provide basic technical guidance and support to clients when required.

Represent the company professionally during client visits and service activities.

Coordinate with the technical team and other relevant departments to ensure smooth completion of installations and maintenance tasks.

Travel between different client sites as required.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience in maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, or field service is preferred.

Experience with fitness equipment or similar technical equipment is a strong advantage.

Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Basic electronic troubleshooting skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests.

Ability and willingness to work in a field-based environment.

Technical or maintenance certifications are a plus.
