## Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Senior Mechanical Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **Mechanical Engineering, BIM, MEP, and Autodesk Revit**, with the ability to combine technical engineering expertise with software testing, technical support, and customer-facing responsibilities.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of BIM software solutions while supporting customers, validating engineering workflows, and collaborating with Product, Development, and QA teams. You will also contribute to technical training, product demonstrations, and the continuous improvement of our engineering software and services.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Perform functional and technical testing of BIM software to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability.
-   Validate software features against engineering requirements, BIM workflows, and industry best practices.
-   Identify, document, and report software defects while collaborating with the Development team to resolve technical issues.
-   Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting software-related inquiries and resolving technical challenges.
-   Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and technical training to customers and internal teams.
-   Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and technical documentation.
-   Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancement requests to the Product and Development teams.
-   Verify BIM workflows and ensure software functionality aligns with Autodesk Revit standards and engineering practices.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Software Development, and QA, throughout the product lifecycle.
-   Ensure a high level of accuracy and quality in all technical deliverables.
-   Stay up to date with Autodesk Revit, BIM technologies, and industry trends.
-   Contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality, user experience, and customer satisfaction.
-   Represent the company professionally during customer interactions, technical meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.

## Requirements

Minimum **7 years of professional experience** in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong focus on **BIM**.

Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or a related engineering discipline.

Strong hands-on experience using **Autodesk Revit for MEP and/or Fire Protection projects**.

Proven experience working with BIM software and digital engineering workflows.

Advanced proficiency in **Autodesk Revit (MEP)**.

Strong understanding of **BIM methodologies, workflows, standards, and coordination processes**.

Strong understanding of Mechanical and MEP engineering principles.

Knowledge of **Fire Protection Engineering and NFPA standards** is a strong advantage.

Experience in software testing, validation, or quality assurance for engineering software is highly preferred.

Previous experience providing technical support and troubleshooting software-related issues is preferred.

Experience delivering technical training, product demonstrations, or customer onboarding sessions is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Revit Families, templates, and project standards.

Experience collaborating with software development or product teams is preferred.

Familiarity with **Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, or Dynamo** is an advantage.

Experience in the **BIM, AEC, MEP, Engineering Software, ConTech, CAD/BIM Solutions, or Engineering Consultancy** industries is preferred.

Professional certifications in **BIM, Autodesk Revit, or related technologies** are a plus.
