ICE started almost by accident, spawned from a ski trip and email group set up in 2009 by Alex Hoye, Josh March, Peter Ward and Andrew J Scott. Today ICErs span the globe. The sentiment between members is more family than business network and ICE’s organic beginnings, and a pledge to always be not-for-profit, has helped the organisation stand out against other networks for the strong bonds which are created between its members. Many members have described being part of ICE as “life changing”.
