## Description

We are seeking experienced **Ground Control Operators** to support live event productions in **Jeddah**. The Ground Control Operator plays a vital role in maintaining timing, cue accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency during live performances.

### **Work Details**

-   **Location:** Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
-   **Dates:** **Thursday 13th February – Friday 14th February**

## Requirements

### **Required Skills & Experience**

-   Prior experience in **Ground Control**, **Follow Spot Operations**, or similar live event lighting roles
-   Strong understanding of **live show cueing and timing**
-   Excellent verbal communication skills (clear, calm, and precise under pressure)
-   Ability to work in **fast-paced live event environments**
-   Familiarity with lighting terminology and follow spot workflows
-   Strong teamwork skills and professional attitude
-   Ability to remain focused during long show hours

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience working on concerts, festivals, theater productions, or large-scale live events
-   Previous work in high-pressure or broadcast-style environments
-   Knowledge of lighting control systems and show calling processes
