## Description

We are looking for a Technical & AV Specialist to provide on-site technical support for lighting, sound, and large-scale screen displays. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and troubleshooting audio-visual systems to ensure all event production components function smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

-   Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of lighting and sound equipment
-   Manage large-scale screen displays and video wall operations
-   Troubleshoot AV issues during rehearsals and live events
-   Collaborate with the event production team to execute technical requirements
-   Assist with on-site technical logistics and ensure smooth execution of technical setups

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in AV and event production roles (at-least 3 years)
-   Familiarity with sound systems, lighting rigs, and video wall setups
-   Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
-   Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
-   Flexibility to work on event days, including evenings and weekends
