**Licensed Therapist - Mental Health IOP**

**Schedule:** Monday-Thursday 1-930pm and Friday 830am-5pm

**Salary Ranges:** $74,880 - $87,776

**Job Duties**

-   Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an oupatient treatment setting
-   Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
-   Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
-   Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
-   Maintain timely and accurate documentation _(with support from Heather AI)_
-   Support discharge planning and continuity of care

## Requirements

**Education:**

-   Masters’ Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.  
      
    

-   Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field

-   Licensed in the state of Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
-   Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
-   Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
-   _CPR and BFA Certification required._
