We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Senior Project Manager** to lead high-performing teams and deliver impactful business application projects, all aligned with Theta’s proven delivery standards and methodology. This role blends hands-on project management with supporting our customers to be business ready for the new solution and associated process changes — perfect for someone who thrives on variety and challenges.

Based in Auckland, you’ll work closely with our diverse customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Your passion for adaptability, continuous improvement, and delivering real business value will shine as you drive momentum, inspire teams, and lead fast-paced technology projects that make a real impact.

What You Will Do

-   Lead large, complex ERP and CRM transformation projects for customers across a variety of industries.
-   Provide strategic delivery leadership, ensuring governance, decision-making, and project controls align with customer outcomes and Theta delivery standards.
-   Act as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders, helping them navigate project, organisational, and business change decisions.
-   Deliver agreed business and technology outcomes for assigned projects within approved scope, timeframes and budget.
-   Ensure stakeholders receive clear, outcome-focused updates on progress, risks, issues, and key decisions
-   Manage daily project operations, schedules, risks, issues, and changes
-   Assign project resources, budgets, and profitability and keep documentation up to date
-   Review Statements of Work and proposals

**Skills and Experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako** 

-   Experience managing complex ERP or CRM projects from start to finish
-   Experience managing a portfolio of projects across different customers and industries
-   Focus on delivering business value and customer outcomes
-   Skilled in planning, estimation, risk, and issue management
-   Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field
-   Certified in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP)
-   Suitable for someone with 5+ years project management experience
-   Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Boards, MS Project)
