**Department:** Product

## Description

We are a highly regarded, New Zealand owned technology company. We offer a creative and stimulating work environment and we value and respect inclusivity and diversity.

**About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi**

We're looking for a curious and motivated Junior Product Marketing Technologist to join our product team and help drive growth across Theta's portfolio of software products, including EVA Check-in, Helpfruit, Glasstrail, Theta Assist, 365 Extensions and future products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys the intersection of marketing, technology and data. You'll work alongside the Product Marketing Manager, Product Owners and other members of the Product Team to optimise and measure digital marketing initiatives that generate demand and support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and technology and wants to build a career at the intersection of digital marketing, analytics, AI, automation and SaaS product growth.

As a Junior Product Marketing Technologist, you'll help manage digital advertising campaigns, implement tracking and analytics, build reports and dashboards, maintain marketing systems, support website optimisation, create product demonstrations, and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance through data, AI and automation. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of marketing technologies while developing practical skills across paid advertising, analytics, customer journeys and marketing automation.

This role will suit someone who enjoys solving problems, is naturally analytical, and is excited by learning new technologies. You'll be supported by an experienced team who will provide mentoring and opportunities to develop your technical and marketing skills as you grow your career.

Success in this role comes from being proactive, detail-oriented and willing to experiment, learn and continuously improve. Every day presents an opportunity to discover new ways to help our software products attract, engage and retain customers through smarter use of technology and data.
