Engagement Strategy & Campaigns

- Develop and implement seasonal, event-based, and campaign-specific strategies to increase membership acquisition and engagement.

- Partner with Marketing to align field-based outreach efforts with organizational campaigns, messaging, and brand standards.

- Identify and cultivate new opportunities, partnerships, and events that support membership growth and deepen audience engagement.

- Supervise and coach the Membership Engagement Associate, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance support.
