Our partner is looking for a **Full Time Sr. Shift Supervisor in Costco in Lihue, HI**. ### Responsibilities

-   Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling for shoppers
-   Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
-   Set up and break down product demonstrations
-   Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members

## Requirements

-   Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a professional and positive manner
-   Available 5 days a week, including Sunday and Monday
-   Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
-   Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning the work area and equipment
-   Reliable transportation to and from the work location
-   Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
-   Motivated self-starter with a strong drive for action and results
