Working closely with senior HR and business leaders, the consultant conducts discovery and diagnostic engagements, analyses workforce and assessment data, and translates findings into practical recommendations that improve people and business outcomes. The role combines consulting, talent analytics, psychometrics, and stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to develop expertise in workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness, and leadership development while partnering with a diverse range of clients and industries. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time, remote role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse range of organisations across the APAC region and make a tangible impact on their people and business strategies.
