We are seeking a highly experienced **Microsoft Fabric Lead** to design, oversee, and deliver robust, scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the overall architectural strategy and lead the technical execution of our data platform, with a strong focus on the integration, optimization, and best practices implementation of Microsoft Fabric.

## Requirements

-   Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale data solutions on the Azure platform.
-   Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Fabric, directing its implementation and best practices.
-   Develop end-to-end data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
-   Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are met across all cloud environments.
-   Mentor junior architects and engineers on Azure cloud services and Fabric capabilities.

**Qualifications:**

-   Demonstrated 13+ years of experience serving as an Azure Solutions Architect or in a comparable senior technical leadership role.
-   Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory.
-   Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse architecture and Delta Lake.
-   Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Spark.
