**Role overview:**

We are looking for a **Platform Engineer** to join our TV Platform team and contribute to the development of next-generation Smart TV experiences. In this role, you will work on video advertising flows, FAST channel playback, browser integration, OTT streaming solutions, and platform-level features. You will collaborate with international teams to deliver high-quality user experiences across connected TV devices.

**Key responsibilities**

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Technical Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of project planning, coordination, and execution across internal teams and external ODM partners. In this role, you will ensure projects stay on track, risks are identified and mitigated, and key milestones are delivered according to the agreed timeline.

-   Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through to delivery.
-   Coordinate and maintain effective communication with external ODM partners, ensuring alignment on project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
-   Plan and coordinate product-related tasks with internal owners and ensure clear ownership and follow-up.
-   Monitor overall project progress and ensure key milestones and MP timelines are achieved.
-   Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and coordinate appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
-   Track dependencies, actions, and open issues across internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely resolution.
-   Facilitate communication and collaboration across international teams to ensure everyone remains aligned on project objectives and priorities.
-   Proactively identify potential blockers and escalate issues when necessary.
-   Contribute to a strong team culture by fostering effective collaboration across functions, locations, and partners.

## Requirements

**Experience & Technical Skills**

-   Previous experience in **project or product lifecycle management**, ideally within a technology, consumer electronics, or software environment.
-   Experience working with **project risk assessment and mitigation methodologies/tools**.
-   Basic understanding of the **TV industry and TV technologies**, ideally including Linux-based TV OS architecture.
-   Fundamental coding knowledge, with the ability to **read, understand, and discuss code** with technical teams.
-   Experience in a Linux-based development environment.
-   Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams
-   Experience working with external technology partners, vendors, or ODMs is highly valued.
-   Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

-   Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
