# Product Development Manager (EM25184) > TMEIC Corporation Americas · Houston, United States · Full-time · Posted 2026-03-05 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Product Development (7071100) ## Description _**Job #**_ EM25184 _**Job Title**_ Product Development Manager _**Office Location**_ Houston, TX preferred _**Business Function/Department**_ Technology / Product Development _**Sales Territory, if applicable**_ _**General Role Description**_ Develop and maintain an engineering team for the research and development of power electronics and tools and controls technologies to meet Mid-Range Plan (MRP) commitments within a set of capital and human resources on a rolling 2 year time horizon. _**Role Accountabilities**_ \-  Build and lead a team of committed and capable employees to ensure successful development of products delivered to the Business Units (BU’s) \-  Create, implement, and monitor a process for efficient resource assignments \-  Research and assess the Company’s power electronics and tools and controls performance and competitive position; recommend appropriate R&D projects and investments to immediate manager and BU management \-  Monitor and investigate emerging power electronics, controls, embedded control hardware and software, and drive programming tool software technologies;
