TMGM is looking for a talented Creative Motion & Graphic Designer to support campaign execution across Europe. The role focuses on producing high-quality static and video assets for digital marketing, partner campaigns, social media, educational initiatives, and brand awareness activities.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design capabilities with motion graphics and video editing skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**

-   Create social media creatives and campaign assets.
-   Design paid advertising banners and landing page visuals.
-   Produce partner and IB marketing materials.
-   Develop event and exhibition materials.
-   Design infographics, presentations, and branded assets.

**Motion Graphics & Video Editing**

-   Produce Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
-   Create webinar and educational video assets.
-   Develop animated advertising creatives.
-   Support YouTube and social media campaigns.
-   Edit and optimize video content across multiple formats.

**Creative Support**

-   Develop reusable templates and creative libraries.
-   Produce creative variations for A/B testing.
-   Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
-   Support campaign launches across European markets.
-   Work closely with performance and business development teams.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
-   Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
-   Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
-   Experience with Figma is considered an advantage.
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and video work.
-   Experience in Forex, Fintech, or Financial Services is preferred.
-   Excellent attention to detail and branding.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
