## Description

TNP has an immediate opening for a ROW Agent.  This position is based in the TNP Fort Worth office and provides an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of an innovative, growth-oriented professional firm.   

**Responsibilities/Expectations****:** 

-   Review title reports and identify issues that create an encumbrance on the title
-   Review appraisal reports and answer property owner questions concerning the methodology of establishing value.
-   Negotiate property rights for the construction of public works projects proposed by Cities, Counties, Utility Districts, and the State of Texas.
-   Driving to properties, meetings, and other business events as needed.
-   Assist in preparing initial notice letters, offer letters, memorandum of agreements/sales contracts, final offer letters, and other documents required to secure the clear title on a property.
-   Work cooperatively with title companies to schedule property closings
-   Review construction plans sufficiently to explain project impacts on a particular property

## Requirements

At a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational and professional requirements:

**Education/Licensure**

-   High School Graduate
-   Texas Real Estate Sales or Broker’s License
-   BA Degree from an accredited college with a major in business, finance, or other related studies (desired)

**Professional**

-   2 years experience in real estate or service-oriented industry
-   Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
-   Responsive and results-oriented in service to clients.
-   Committed to personal and professional growth and development
-   Motivated to contribute to the growth of our company
-   Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with other team members
-   Possess a valid driver’s license
