### What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Sierra Springs team, you'll:

-   Provide quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services appropriate to your training and experience
-   Consult with guests to understand their preferred styles
-   Deliver friendly, professional customer service
-   Build lasting relationships with guests
-   Maintain a clean and organized workstation
-   Stay current with men's grooming trends, techniques, and products
-   Work collaboratively with your teammates in a busy barbershop
-   Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and experience

### What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from **licensed, experienced, and apprentice Barbers and Hairstylists** who have:

-   Journeyperson certification or registered apprenticeship in Barber or Hairstylist
-   Barbering or hairstyling skills appropriate to their experience and training
-   Strong communication and customer service skills
-   Knowledge of current men's grooming styles and techniques
-   The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
-   A positive attitude and willingness to learn
-   Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
