### What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Bayshore team, you'll:

-   Deliver quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
-   Consult with guests to understand their preferred styles
-   Provide a friendly, professional experience that keeps guests coming back
-   Recommend grooming products suited to each guest's needs
-   Maintain a clean, organized workstation
-   Collaborate with your teammates to keep the shop running smoothly
-   Stay current with barbering trends, techniques, and products

### What We're Looking For

We're looking for Barbers and Hairstylists who have:

-   **Ontario Hairstylist (332A) certification or registered apprenticeship**
-   Experience with men's haircuts, fades, and grooming services
-   Strong customer service and communication skills
-   Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
-   Knowledge of current men's grooming styles and techniques
-   A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
-   Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
