## Description

Tommy's Express Car Wash operates express car wash locations with a focus on delivering high-quality wash services, strong customer service, and smooth, team-oriented operations. As a Shift Leader, you will help set the tone for the day by keeping operations running smoothly and supporting a strong service culture on the ground. ### Responsibilities

-   Oversee daily shift operations and ensure smooth customer service delivery.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Comfortable coaching frontline team members and handling guest concerns or service recovery during a shift.
-   Able to remain on your feet for the full shift.
-   Must be eligible to work in the United States.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-   Availability to work evenings and weekends.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality.
-   Experience helping drive sales.
