## Description

**Location:** Philadelphia (Onsite)  
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM  
**Compensation:** $80-$120/hour (1099)  
**Term:** 12+ month contract

**Overview**

We are seeking a senior-level EAM Delivery SME with deep expertise in **Rail Infrastructure, Bridges, and Buildings** to support a major, multi-vendor asset management modernization program. This individual will serve as a primary subject matter authority, guiding solution adoption, data structures, and maintenance discipline alignment across a complex transportation environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Subject Matter Expertise & Stakeholder Engagement**

-   Deliver authoritative expertise within rail infrastructure, bridges, and buildings functions.
-   Maintain strong communication with maintenance discipline stakeholders at all levels.
-   Lead the resolution of complex technical and operational challenges requiring multi-party coordination.

**Technical Leadership**

-   Support the adoption of Maximo and industry-specific configuration without customization.
-   Guide the interpretation and application of Maximo industry solutions, data models, and roadmap functionality.
-   Provide expertise on EAM implementation practices, ISO55000 principles, and asset configuration for multiple classes.

**Program Support & Governance**

-   Bridge communication between engineering, IT, maintenance leadership, and program governance.
-   Support the EAM Delivery Lead in hybrid-agile delivery.
-   Ensure alignment with scope, requirements, and solution adoption expectations.

## Requirements

**Minimum Qualifications**

-   5 years of practitioner experience in rail infrastructure, specifically bridges and buildings.
-   Knowledge of relevant regulatory and SGR requirements.
-   Proven record serving as a senior SME on multi-phase, multi-discipline programs.
-   Deep hands-on experience with EAM implementations across multiple programs.
-   Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
-   Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
-   Must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
-   Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Rail industry program experience.
-   Maximo experience.
