## Description

Key Responsibilities:  

-   Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.  
    
-   Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.  
    
-   Handle volume hiring and build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.  
    
-   Recruit for global roles across diverse functions such as Sales, Finance, IT, Operations and Corporate Support.  
    
-   Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS.  
    
-   Track market trends, talent availability and compensation benchmarks.  
    
-   Ensure a positive candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes.  
    

Candidate Requirements  

-   MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.  
    
-   6–8 years of post-MBA experience in Talent Acquisition.  
    
-   Strong experience in volume hiring and global recruitment.  
    
-   Proven exposure to hiring across multiple functions, including Sales, Finance, IT and Operations.  
    
-   Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.  
    
-   Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
