### **About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated **Junior Operations & Office Support** to join our team in Vienna. This role is ideal for candidates with a business school background and initial professional experience who are eager to develop within an international trading environment.

You will support daily operations across logistics, customer service, and procurement, ensuring smooth execution of business processes.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Support logistical operations, including **customs-related topics and documentation**
-   Assist with **invoicing and administrative processes**
-   Handle **customer inquiries** and support the sales team
-   Manage and process **orders from initiation to completion**
-   Support the handling of **customer complaints**
-   Assist with **procurement and purchasing processes**
-   Work with internal systems (e.g. Ops Phlo) to ensure efficient workflows and data accuracy

## Requirements

### **Profile & Requirements**

-   Completed **business education** (e.g. HAK / HAS or equivalent)
-   **2–3 years of professional experience** in operations, logistics, or administration
-   **Fluent German and English (both mandatory)**
-   Experience with ERP / operational systems (e.g. Ops Phlo or similar) is a strong advantage
-   Strong organizational and communication skills
-   Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive working style
