Total Life is a telehealth company delivering mental health and geriatric care to seniors across the United States, with services billed through Medicare and other major insurers. We're building a modern, technology-driven care model focused on healthy aging and senior mental health. Florida is a current growth market.

**The Role**  
We're hiring board-certified PMHNPs to provide telehealth psychiatric care to older adults. This is a remote, part-time, contractor position — designed to fit alongside an existing practice. Clinicians can contribute as few as ~10 hours per week. Our platform handles scheduling, documentation scaffolding, and billing, so you can focus on patient care rather than administration.

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for senior patients
-   Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions common in older adults
-   Develop and adjust treatment plans, including medication management within scope of practice
-   Complete clinical documentation in our platform (templates and code scaffolding provided)
-   Collaborate with the broader care team (nutrition, primary care, care coordination) as needed

**Requirements**

-   Active, unencumbered **Florida APRN license** with **PMHNP-BC** certification
-   Active **DEA registration** and Florida controlled-substance prescribing eligibility
-   Comfort practicing via two-way live video telehealth
-   Experience with geriatric or adult psychiatric populations preferred
-   Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting
