**What You’ll Do**  
You will be the operational heartbeat of our provider network, partnering with our Provider Success Manager to ensure our clinicians feel supported and heard. This is a hands-on coordinator role focused on **responsiveness and administrative reliability**. You are the "go-to" person for our providers, ensuring they can focus on patient care while you handle the logistics.  
**A typical week includes:**  

-   **Provider Support:** Acting as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries, troubleshooting administrative hurdles, and "unblocking" their daily workflows.
-   **Administrative Excellence:** Supporting the Provider Success team with data entry, file maintenance, and ensuring our internal systems are accurate.
-   **Lifecycle Maintenance:** Monitoring existing provider files to ensure state licenses, NPIs, and insurance credentials remain active and updated.
-   **Content Updates:** Keeping website bios, digital business cards, and clinical training materials current.
-   **Operational Support:** Assisting with CPT code list maintenance and helping document payroll/billing processes.
-   **Cross-Functional Sync:** Partnering with Customer Support to ensure smooth handoffs between provider needs and patient care.

3.  **Final conversation** with our clinical operations leadership.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   **2–4 years** in medical office administration or healthcare operations.
-   **Foundational Knowledge:** Working knowledge of US healthcare admin (W9, NPI, CPT codes) and HIPAA. (Canadian experience with a strong appetite to learn US systems is also welcome!)
-   **Education:** A diploma or certificate in Medical Office Administration, or equivalent experience.
-   **Tech Savvy:** Comfort across Slack, Google Workspace, and Electronic Health Records.
-   **The "Support" Mindset:** A detail orientation that catches missing info before it becomes a problem, paired with the patience to follow up with busy clinicians while keeping the relationship warm.
