## Description

TOWN AND COUNTRY SERVICES is a family-owned contractor serving residential and commercial customers across plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling. As part of the Home services industry, the company plays an important role in helping customers keep their homes and businesses running safely and efficiently.

This role is a chance to help shape the team behind that work. As the In-House Recruiter, you will support hiring across multiple service departments and partner closely with leaders to build strong pipelines, improve hiring processes, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance.
-   Partner with hiring managers to define roles and staffing priorities.
-   Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
-   Screen applicants and coordinate interviews across multiple service departments.
-   Maintain recruiting records and improve hiring workflows and the candidate experience.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
-   Strong sourcing experience through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
-   Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, including Workable.
-   Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace.
-   Experience interviewing candidates and managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
-   Must be eligible to work in the United States.
-   Experience recruiting skilled trades or home services professionals is a plus.
