## Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead and develop a team of installation professionals while driving operational excellence, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer experiences. ## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage HVAC installation technicians and apprentices
-   Recruit, hire, train, and develop installation team members
-   Establish performance expectations and hold team members accountable to results
-   Mentor and coach employees to support professional growth and career development
-   Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and customer service standards
-   Monitor productivity, efficiency, and overall department performance
-   Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
-   Support operational initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and business growth
-   Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of installations

Qualifications

-   5+ years of leadership experience within HVAC operations
-   Strong HVAC installation background
-   Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
-   Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
