### **The Role**

We’re looking for a skilled Bartender with a good understanding of mixed drinks and round-building to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll craft quality drinks and uphold the high standards our bar is striving for. You’ll play an important part in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable bar service for both guests and the team.

### What You’ll Do

-   Quickly and precisely serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to the highest standards of flavour and quality consistency.
-   Demonstrate precise attention to detail in cocktail batching, making and garnishing.
-   Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism.
-   Keep the bar neat, clean and fully stocked throughout service.
-   Collaborate with the bar team and Kevin Armstrong of Satan's Whiskers to bring creativity and consistency to the cocktail menu.
-   Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year of experience in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant environment.
-   Solid understanding of classic cocktails and spirits.
-   A genuine passion for drinks and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
-   A collaborative team spirit and a desire to improve.
-   The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
-   Eligibility to work in the UK, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

## Benefits

-   **£15.50 – £16.50 per hour** depending on experience, including a discretionary share of the service charge (tronc).

-   **Hours & rota:** full‑time, 4-5 day workweek including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance. Sundays off.
