**Role Summary**

The **Indirect Procurement Specialist** supports day-to-day procurement and vendor management operations across the organization. This role is execution-focused and responsible for processing, tracking, documentation, and coordination activities that support purchasing workflows, vendor compliance, and operational efficiency.

This position operates under established policies and procedures and collaborates closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure procurement activities are completed accurately and on time

**This is an Onsite role M-F 9am-6pm.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Indirect Procurement Operations Support**

-   Support daily procurement activities, including **purchase requisition (PR) tracking and purchase order (PO) coordination**
-   Assist with **vendor onboarding**, including documentation collection and information verification
-   Maintain accurate procurement, vendor, and asset records in internal systems
-   Track procurement requests, approvals, and fulfillment status

**Vendor Coordination**

-   Support **basic vendor communications**, including documentation follow-ups and information requests
-   Assist with vendor setup, updates, and record maintenance
-   Ensure vendor information is accurate and current

**Documentation, Compliance & Audit Support**

-   Ensure procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored
-   Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to procurement and vendor records
-   Follow established procurement policies and procedures

**Cross-Functional Support**

-   Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to support procurement needs
-   Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient purchasing processes

## Requirements

**Education**

-   Bachelor’s degree required in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
-   Relevant experience may be considered where applicable, consistent with company standards

**Experience**

-   **3–5 years of total professional experience**, with **1–2 years of indirect procurement or purchasing support experience preferred**
-   Experience supporting **software, SaaS, or services procurement** is a plus
-   Prior experience in **Electronics, Networking, Telecommunications, or technology-driven industries** is preferred

**Skills & Competencies**

-   Familiarity with supplier information collection and vendor qualification processes
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Basic negotiation skills appropriate for pricing discussions and renewals within established guidelines
-   Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

-   Demonstrated reliability, consistency, and accountability in prior roles
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
