Position Overview

-   **Position:** SAT/ACT Tutor Trainer (Train the Trainer)
-   **Location:** Remote, US Based / US EST alignment preferred)
-   **Job Classification:** Contract (1099) / Part-Time

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for aspiring and expereinced SAT and ACT tutors.

**Methodology Mastery:** Instruct educators on proprietary TPAPT test preparation strategies, content breakdowns, and diagnostic evaluation tactics.

**Mentor & Coach:** Observe mock tutoring sessions, provide constructive feedback, and track the professional growth of new cohort members.

**Curriculum Support:** Collaborate with academic leads to refine instructional guides based on current exam trends.

**Quality Assurance:** Ensure all trained tutors meet high standards for student score improvement and clear communication

## Requirements

**Education:** Earned Bachelor’s Degree required.

**Experience:** 5 or more years of professional experience as an SAT or ACT tutor, with a documented track record of high student score improvements.

**Training Background:** Past experience delivering educator workshops, professional development, or peer coaching.

**Communication:** Exceptionally clear communicator with strong online presentation and virtual facilitation skills (Zoom/Google Classroom).

**Work Authorization:** US-based and authorized to work in the United States
