You’ll: 

-   Work closely with experienced researchers who’ll support your growth

-   Run quantitative research projects from start to finish    
-   Help clients make smarter decisions with your recommendations  

-   Apply behavioural thinking and marketing context to your analysis  

What you’ll bring 

-   2–3 years’ experience in research, ideally in an agency environment

-   A degree in something like stats, marketing, psychology, economics, or similar  

-   Confidence working with data and spotting patterns that matter  

-   The ability to explain insights clearly

-   Curiosity about people and how they think, choose, and behave
