**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll processes, approve calculations after relevant verifications, and reconcile payroll data.
-   Supervise disbursement of salaries and manage relationships with banking partners as an approver.
-   Lead audits of financial statements, sales, and operational expenses.
-   Check and verify the audit report prepared by the team to put up for final review and approval of the management.
-   Lead cost analysis and pricing strategies for high-value tenders with a target to get the maximum score by the authority.
-   Oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient management of inventory processes.
-   Review and finalize management information reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
-   Supervise and review monthly submissions and ensure compliance with UK office requirements.
-   Provide advanced financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
-   Provide training to team members to act as backups for critical responsibilities.
