This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company **EMPIRE GROUP.** We arelooking for full time **Scrum Master** for our office located in **Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad.** As a Scrum Master you’ll develop and lead high-performing, multi-discipline team, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive. You’ll play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of our products and setting standards for our teams to follow.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

-   Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
-   Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments
-   Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
-   Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
-   Helping Project manager in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
-   Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
-   Helping Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning for a complex environment
-   Helping organization in leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
-   Helping organization in planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization
-   Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
-   Use SCRUM development processes. Must be able to switch between the methodologies and should have ability to tailor them according to the project needs

**QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE**

-   BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
-   Preferably scrum master certification such as SAFE, CSM or PMI-ACP
-   Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
-   Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks
-   Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
-   Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum
