**Job Description**:  
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Human Resources Officer** to oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and align with company goals. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage HR policies, procedures, and programs, and play a vital role in key areas including employee relations, development, compensation, and organizational growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As the Human Resources Officer, you will take ownership of several core HR functions, including but not limited to:

-   **Talent Acquisition:** Overseeing recruitment and staffing logistics to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
-   **Organizational Planning:** Contributing to space and team structure planning to align with business growth.
-   **Performance Management:** Implementing and managing systems to enhance employee performance and productivity.
-   **Compliance & Reporting:** Ensuring full compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
-   **Employee Development & Training:** Driving employee growth through targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives.
-   **Policy Management:** Leading the creation and management of HR policies, ensuring they support a positive work environment.
-   **Compensation & Benefits:** Administering compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs to maintain employee satisfaction.
-   **Employee Relations:** Promoting positive employee engagement and handling issues with professionalism and fairness.

## Requirements

**Development of the HR Department:**

-   Assist in aligning HR strategies with the overall company vision.
-   Participate in setting department goals and tracking progress.
-   Help monitor and manage the annual HR budget.

**Human Resource Information Systems:**

-   Manage the HR section on the company’s internal platforms.
-   Maintain employee databases and produce insightful reports for decision-making.

**Training & Development:**

-   Support the implementation of performance management and employee development programs.
-   Help design and execute company-wide training initiatives, ensuring continual skill development across teams.

**Employee Relations & Compensation:**

-   Foster positive employee relations, contributing to policies that drive engagement and satisfaction.
-   Assist with compensation reviews and competitive benchmarking to ensure fair and motivating pay structures.

**Compliance & Legal:**

-   Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with all legal regulations and minimize risk exposure.
