**JOB DESCRIPTION**

-   Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
-   Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality
-   Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
-   Work closely with the Creative leadership to push the boundaries of what **EMPIRE GROUP is doing in translation & localization industry**
-   Should be familiar with UX and UI basics, should be aware of modern web design and UX trends
-   Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
-   Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
-   Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
-   Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and name of EMPIRE GROUP
-   Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices
-   Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team
