## Description

**Job Summary:**  
We are seeking a skilled **Mid-Level Data Analyst** with proven experience in leveraging data analytics tools to drive business insights. This role requires hands-on expertise in data analysis, visualization, and SQL-based reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and analyze large datasets using **SQL**, **Power BI**, and **Excel**.
-   Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot **Power BI dashboards** and **SQL queries**.
-   Collaborate with teams to design and implement **ETL workflows** using **SSIS**.
-   Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
-   Ensure the quality and integrity of the data used for analysis.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
-   Advanced proficiency in **Power BI**, **SQL**, and **Excel**.
-   Good understanding of **SSIS**, **Data Warehousing**, and **ETL processes**.
-   Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive actionable insights from data.  
    

**Preferred Skills:**

-   Knowledge of database optimization and data governance.
-   Familiarity with Python for advanced analytics.
