## Description

-   Conduct lead generation, market research, and build targeted prospect lists.
-   Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility.
-   Support Google Local Services Ads setup, monitoring, and performance reporting.
-   Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
-   Use AI tools for research, content creation, and image generation while ensuring quality and accuracy.
-   Monitor competitors, identify business opportunities, and maintain organized CRM and lead-tracking systems.
-   Proactively identify improvements, solve problems, and support marketing initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
-   Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
-   Excellent researcher and communicator.
-   Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
