## Description

The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic visibility, and traffic growth. The role involves both on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall digital performance.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Perform **in-depth keyword research and analysis** to guide content creation and SEO strategy.
-   Optimize **on-page elements** such as meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking.
-   Conduct **technical SEO audits** and collaborate with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, and site performance issues.
-   Develop and manage **off-page SEO strategies**, including link-building, digital PR, and outreach campaigns.
-   Monitor SEO performance using tools such as **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, or Moz**.
-   Track **KPIs** and prepare detailed **performance reports** with actionable insights and recommendations.
-   Stay updated with the latest **search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and industry best practices**.
-   Collaborate with **content writers, designers, and developers** to ensure SEO guidelines are implemented effectively.
-   Generate **weekly reports** on SEO performance for each client.
-   **Liaise with clients** for external meetings to ensure clear understanding of objectives and strategies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
-   **1–3 years of proven experience** in SEO or a related digital marketing role.
-   Strong knowledge of **on-page, off-page, and technical SEO** practices.
-   Proficiency with **SEO tools** such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
-   Understanding of **HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)**.
-   Excellent **analytical, problem-solving, and reporting** skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
