## Requirements

Responsibilities:

-   Lead and manage campus operations to achieve academic excellence and financial performance.
-   Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
-   Recruit, train, and develop campus staff to support student success and operational goals.
-   Manage budgets, resource allocation, and campus facilities effectively.
-   Develop and maintain relationships with local industry partners and community organizations.
-   Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve retention and completion rates.
-   Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment.

Qualifications:

-   Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
-   Proven experience in educational leadership or administration.
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-   Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in education.
-   Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
-   Proficiency with computer applications relevant to educational management.
